Tharpaker Wells

The Tharparkar desert region of south east Pakistan has many rural villages lacking water either for drinking or for livestock. In recent years, Humanity First has been installing deep hand-dug water wells working with the local villagers. Over 850 wells have been constructed, with funds provided by generous families from across the world. Now having access to a local clean supply of water has had a huge impact on these communities including improved health, and healthier livestock.
