GLOBAL HEALTH PROGRAMME
MASROOR CENTRE FOR HEALTHCARE – IVORY COAST HOSPITAL
For communities with little or no access to quality medical care, a hospital is not a building — it is hope made real. Masroor Centre for Healthcare stands at its final stage of construction, and the moment its doors open, lives will change.
Right now, all that stands between this centre and its first patients is your generosity.
We are so close. The structure is built. The teams are ready. But finishing a hospital — equipping its wards, stocking its pharmacy, ensuring it can welcome and treat patients safely from day one — requires resources. With your donation today, you can be the reason a mother receives safe maternity care, a child is treated in time, or a community no longer has to travel days to see a doctor.
Every pound, every dollar donated brings us one step closer to the day a patient walks through those doors and receives the care they deserve.
For 30 years, Humanity First International has been at the forefront of global healthcare delivery, and we are proud to share what your continued trust has built: 1,024,771 patients treated across 14 hospitals, clinics, and mobile surgical units, with 3 new hospitals and clinics currently under construction, and 3 pharmacy dispensaries now fully operational. Masroor Centre for Healthcare is at its final stage. Your donation today will directly fund the completion of this facility and help open its doors to its very first patients. Don’t let this momentum stop here.
FOOD SECURITY
Somewhere tonight, a child will go to sleep on an empty stomach, not because there isn’t enough food in the world, but because circumstances, conflict, and poverty have left them without access to it. That is not fate. That is something we can change.
At Humanity First International, we hold firm to a simple but profound belief: no one should ever go to bed hungry. It is a belief that drives every food bank we run, every parcel we distribute, and every farm we help build. Hunger is not inevitable, it is a problem with solutions, and we are committed to delivering them.
According to the World Health Organisation, around 773 million people faced hunger in 2023 — that is 1 in 11 people globally. A further 2.33 billion suffered from moderate to serious food insecurity. Behind every one of those statistics is a family, a child, a person whose dignity deserves to be restored.
Our Food Security Programme combines immediate relief — hot meals, food parcels, and food banks — with long-term, sustainable farming support that helps communities grow their own abundance. We go beyond simply providing food by investing in people, equipping local farmers with modern tools, agricultural training, and sustainable practices so that communities can progress from subsistence to self-sufficiency.
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have already reached 7,954,867 people through 9 food banks, 32 food pantries and soup kitchens, and 21 farming support projects across the globe.
But the work is far from over. Conflicts, climate disasters, and rising poverty continue to push millions into hunger every single year. We still need your help. Every donation made on the 10th of May will feed a family tonight and help build a future where no one has to go to bed hungry.

In a world where so many face hardship and suffering, we remain dedicated to easing burdens and restoring hope. Thanks to our generous donors and selfless volunteers, we are changing the future for good.

Our Programmes
Small Donation, Big Impact
Every life we save, every meal we serve, every child we educate, and every family we support is a testament to your kindness, compassion, and belief in humanity.
Join us in making a difference. Donate to the cause you care about today.
When an emergency strikes, we are the first on the ground, providing immediate response by delivering vital supplies, clean water, sanitation kits, food, medical support, and shelter. Our trained volunteers make tremendous efforts to ensure the safety of displaced families, children and refugees. We collaborate with authorities such as the UN to ensure the sufficient and efficient distribution of resources.
We support and empower disadvantaged individuals and local communities worldwide. Our team of trained volunteers aims to provide constant care to transform the lives of people in need so they can live the best life possible. We want to see a better world where elderly people, homeless and children with disabilities live in supportive and inclusive communities, and their health and well-being are not neglected.
Orphaned children are the most vulnerable members of our society, as they often lack the love and care they would receive from their parents. That is why our role is to ease their suffering and give them the love and support they need so they can grow and develop in a safe and healthy environment. Our orphanages provide them with healthy food, good education, interactive activities, medical care alongside emotional and psychological support.
Imagine waking up with no faucet for clean water to wash or drink; that is the daily reality for many communities in poor areas worldwide. Many children and families still lack access to clean drinking water, decent toilets, and proper hygiene to protect themselves. Our aim is to provide clean water and sanitation resources to those in need and educate them about water hygiene. Your generosity will help build healthy communities, create sustainable solutions, and leave a lasting impact.
We do more than offering food banks, we provide sustainable solutions to make lasting change happen on a massive scale, and help people and families to feed themselves and their communities for life. Millions of people worldwide are enduring the harshness of hunger, malnutrition and many of them lose their lives in the fight to find their next meal. Feed our world for a better life and support our sustainable solutions.
Every child deserves the best chance to learn and build a brighter future. Our robust approach allows us to help children realise their full potential. We support and promote better global education. Sponsor a child and help us build better future generations while bridging the global learning gap. Your donations will help children stay in school and access quality education and advanced childhood development programmes.
Millions of people worldwide are still struggling to access healthcare facilities and receive necessary treatment. Children suffer from various diseases, and women are unable to give birth safely in emergencies. Together, we can mitigate health inequality worldwide. Currently, we are building a hospital in Ivory Coast, and we need your support to supply the necessary equipment and open its doors to patients.
Our mission is to prevent avoidable blindness by reaching villages and isolated areas to provide screenings, prescription glasses, medicines, and cataract surgeries. We spread hope and light into the lives of children, women, elderly people, and anyone in need. Our goal is to promote inclusivity and equality in a world where preventable blindness can be avoided.
