Food Security: Ivory Coast Cassava Grinders
Much of the economy in Ivory Coast relies on agriculture, but without access to machinery,
harvesting and processing crops is time consuming and labour intensive, especially for
women, and takes away from the time they want to spend on their children. Since 2012,
Humanity First has been deploying cassava grinder machines that are motor driven in
farming communities; the first being Asse on the south coast near the Ghana border. Now
more than 30 machines have been deployed, benefiting over 50,000 people.
Masroor Centre for healthcare – Ivory Coast Hospital
Humanity First is also working on building a hospital in Ivory Coast, which is now in its final stage. Every human being has the right to proper healthcare. We need your donations to save lives.
